1. Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by ABC Experts, Urbanstraße 124, 10967 Berlin, to consumers and businesses.

2. Services

We provide building inspection, property valuation, and related consulting services as described on our website and in individual service agreements.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation. We accept bank transfer (Überweisung) and online payments via Mollie (card, PayPal, SEPA). Invoices are due within 14 days.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the inspection. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full.

5. Widerrufsbelehrung (Right of Withdrawal)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (§355 BGB). To exercise your right, contact us at kontakt@bau-experts.com with a clear statement of your decision.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the scope of our professional liability insurance. Reports represent our professional opinion based on visual inspection and available technical equipment at the time of inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

All inspection reports, photographs, and documentation remain the intellectual property of ABC Experts. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use reports for their personal property transaction purposes.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
