We collect personal data you provide when contacting us or booking an inspection (name, email, phone, property address) and technical data from website visits (IP address, browser, device type).
Processing is based on: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for bookings, consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing, and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for cookieless server statistics. Session analysis with Microsoft Clarity is carried out solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
We use: Formspree (contact form processing), Cloudflare Pages (hosting), Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless page statistics), and Microsoft Clarity (usage analysis, only with your consent). Each third-party processor handles data per their own privacy policies.
Microsoft Clarity. With your consent we use Microsoft Clarity, a web analysis service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Clarity records interactions with this website (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, approximate location derived from the IP address, browser and device type) and combines them into a session replay and aggregated heatmaps. This helps us understand which parts of the site are unclear and where visitors abandon a page. Clarity masks text entered into form fields by default. Processing takes place on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; data may be transferred to Microsoft Corporation in the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Microsoft’s participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Personal data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for 10 years thereafter per German commercial law (§257 HGB). Analytics data is anonymized after 26 months.
We use essential cookies for site functionality. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and sets no identifier. Microsoft Clarity is loaded only after you press “Accept” in the consent notice; if you press “Decline”, the Clarity script is never loaded at all. Your choice is stored locally in your browser under the key abcConsent.
Withdrawing consent. Clear this site’s data in your browser (or your browser’s site settings for abcexperts.de) and the notice will appear again on your next visit, letting you choose differently. You can also email [email protected] and we will confirm deletion of any session data held.
