We collect personal data you provide when contacting us or booking an inspection (name, email, phone, property address) and technical data from website visits (IP address, browser, device type).

3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for bookings, consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing, and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for website analytics.

4. Third-Party Services

We use: Formspree (contact form processing), Netlify (hosting). Additional services may be added and will be listed here. Each third-party processor handles data per their own privacy policies.

5. Your Rights

6. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for 10 years thereafter per German commercial law (§257 HGB). Analytics data is anonymized after 26 months.
